You need three things to become an artist

1. Luck

2. Talent

3. Hard work

You can’t control your family or circumstances you were born into. And no matter how hard you try, there are natural gifts and talents that you will not be able to change.

The good news is that the effort you put in counts twice as much as the other two.

You can always work harder than the person sitting next to you.
