We often can’t tell the difference between what it is we do each day. Soon, everything feels like a must. A result, I suspect, of living in a world where the next email or notification feels like a constant emergency.
But these things are different categories. And when we decide what we are going to do, and perhaps more importantly, what we are not going to do, life becomes clearer about what we must do.
