Make things better by making better things.
The never-ending backlog theory says your list of tasks, ideas, or product features will always grow faster than you can execute them. Instead of treating this as a failure, you should instead accept the backlog as effectively infinite and focus on ruthless prioritization, not total completion.
If that’s the reality, it raises a harder question: What’s the point of saving time if you only use it to be more productive?
