The thing about fear

That fear is a liar. It feeds us a narrative about everything wrong with the state of things to preserve ourselves. That’s it. And if we listen to that narration, we will never act, we will never grow, we will never change.

Fear is a signal that danger may be around the corner. Useful for about 5 seconds on the highway. Not so much everywhere else.
